Remote | Full-time | Fintech Infrastructure | Fast Hiring Process

We’re looking for a Senior System Administrator to join a high-performance infrastructure team supporting global trading platforms. You’ll manage and optimize both physical and virtualized systems in a 24/7 low-latency environment. This role blends hands-on server/network work, customer support, and infrastructure planning, ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a proactive mindset.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, deploy, and maintain virtualized environments (VMware / Hyper-V).

  • Support dedicated and virtual servers for internal teams and external clients.

  • Manage Windows and Linux systems, DNS, AD, Group Policy, and patching.

  • Monitor system health and performance to ensure 24/7 availability.

  • Handle incident response, disaster recovery, and backups.

  • Contribute to data center upgrades and new deployments.

  • Provide technical support via portal and chat platforms (Slack, Skype, Live Chat).

  • Collaborate with sales teams on client onboarding and server design.

  • Maintain clear technical documentation and ensure ISO 27001 compliance.

  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for production support.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in system/network administration or helpdesk support.

  • Proficient in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS, and Group Policy.

  • Solid experience with Linux servers.

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals: firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, and switching.

  • Hands-on with VMware or Hyper-V.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.

Nice to Have
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA.

  • Scripting with Python, Bash, Ansible, C#.

  • Experience with Equinix data centers and SmartHands.

  • Background in client-facing infrastructure design.
