Mercor is recruiting expert US/Europe-based senior SWEs for a highly challenging project with a leading foundational model AI lab. You must be able to commit around 20 hours per week for this role, and the contract is expected to last 2-3 weeks with promotion opportunities within the project.

Successful contributions increase the odds that you are selected on future Mercor projects. This role pays $150-210/hour, depending on geography and experience-level.

Vetting process

• Asynchronous SWE exercise and project instructions quiz (2h total, paid $100 for completion)
