Job Description:

As part of a partnership with a major international organization, we are looking for a: Senior Support Engineer (M/F)

Main activities:

  • Ensure IT service management aligns with Agency policies;
  • Provide advanced technical support for incident and problem management;
  • Share technical insights and maintain documentation;
  • Identify and implement service improvement opportunities;
  • Monitor and report application status, and respond to issues;
  • Coordinate application packaging for deployment;
  • Participate in software development lifecycle processes.

Profil recherché

Your Profile:

  • You have a Bachelor's in computer science, information and communication technology, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 6 years of progressive expertise in related duties;
  • You speak fluent English and are motivated by working in an international environment;
  • Secret Défense or NATO Secret clearance would be a real advantage and knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT;
  • Your autonomy, communication skills, and reliability make you a person you can trust.

Your Technical Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in:
    • Service operations improvement.
    • Client and server software administration.
    • Direct user support.
    • ITIL best practices.
    • Streamlining service operations processes.
    • Metrics analysis.
    • Services delivery enhancement, including automated deployment and virtualization.
    • Application troubleshooting and improvement, including DevSecOps practices.
    • Relational database operations.
    • Data and systems interoperability testing.
