Xylem is seeking a Supplier Master Data Senior Analyst in Monterrey, Mexico to govern supplier information across SIM and P2P, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with corporate policies and controls.

You will lead onboarding, maintenance, and data validation, collaborating with global teams in a fast-paced shared services environment. Hybrid work arrangement available to support business needs and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in Supplier Master Data or similar shared services functions.
• Experience with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, PeopleSoft or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and data governance experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as regional contact for suppliers and stakeholders on master data requests.
• Onboard suppliers and update banking, tax, and status data while ensuring governance compliance.
• Maintain supplier records across ERP, procurement, and workflow systems.
• Lead data quality reviews, audits, and data cleansing to improve accuracy.
• Support audits and provide documentation of controls.
