Inter360° Group is seeking experienced Subsea Installation Methods Engineers to support offshore development projects from our Paris-area HQ and on offshore missions. Qualifications

• Proven experience in Subsea Installation Methods Engineering within major Oil & Gas / Offshore EPC projects.
• Strong background in SURF installation, subsea structures, pipelines, umbilicals, and vessel capability interfaces.
• OPITO-certified BOSIET + CA-EBS and OGUK Medical Fitness Certificate for offshore missions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus.
• Outstanding technical leadership and autonomy for offshore assignments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and finalize technical installation procedures for subsea structures, flowlines, risers, umbilicals, rigid pipelines, spools, jumpers, and FPSO moorings.
• Lead subsea methods engineering teams, supervise progress, and review calculations to ensure compliance with client specs and vessel limits.
• Interface with offshore operations teams and provide technical assistance on board installation vessels during critical execution phases.
• Act as the technical liaison between project management, clients, marine operations, and sub-contractors across project stages.
• Ensure offshore installation checklists and procedures are executed, compiled for QC handover, and captured for REX.

About the role

We are currently seeking experienced Subsea Installation Methods Engineers to support engineering and operational activities across several major international offshore development projects.

With multiple open positions available on different deepwater projects, you will play a key role in developing installation procedures, managing technical interfaces, leading engineering deliverables, and providing hands‑on support during offshore installation campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize technical installation procedures for subsea structures, flowlines, risers, umbilicals, rigid pipelines (J-lay / Reel-lay), spools, jumpers, and FPSO moorings.
• Lead subsea methods engineering teams, supervise progress, and review calculations to ensure all deliverables comply with client specifications and vessel operational limits.
• Interface directly with offshore operations teams and provide technical assistance on board installation vessels during critical execution phases.
• Act as the technical liaison between project management, clients, marine operations, and sub-contractors across various project stages.
• Ensure all offshore installation checklists and procedures are properly executed, compiled for QC handover, and captured for return of experience (REX).

Candidate profile

• Experience: Proven experience in Subsea Installation Methods Engineering within major Oil & Gas / Offshore EPC projects.
• Technical knowledge: Strong background in SURF installation, subsea structures, rigid/flexible pipelines, umbilicals, and vessel capability interfaces.
• Mandatory Certifications: Valid OPITO-certified BOSIET + CA-EBS and OGUK-certified Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) for offshore missions.
• Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory. French is a plus.
• Soft-skills: Outstanding technical leadership (for Lead position), strong communication capabilities, autonomy, and adaptability for offshore assignments.
