Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment in Paris is seeking a senior SPS Project Manager to lead fabrication, testing and hand-over for subsea equipment. The role includes international coordination, H3SE compliance, and cross-pack collaboration, with periodic travel to Suriname.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years of experience in SPS/UFR engineering, fluent English and French, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive project success in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of SPS-related rules, specs and international norms.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience, incl. 10 years in project roles.
• Fluent in English and French with strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage SPS system fabrication, testing, and hand-over to project work packages.
• Ensure adherence to H3SE rules and complete required training.
• Oversee troubleshooting of engineering, qualification, fabrication, and testing for SPS/UFR.
• Monitor contractor performance against KPIs and manage risk/action plans.
• Coordinate with Project Work Package teams and Corporate Specialists.
• Assist mobilization of SPS equipment for onshore and offshore operations.
• Prepare change orders with Project Control and support interface follow-ups.
