Dweet is opening its first corner at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann and seeks a Senior Style Advisor for a 12-month renewable assignment. You will act as a brand ambassador, lead service excellence, and mentor peers while supporting the store team to achieve commercial goals.

Fluent in French and English, you will drive clienteling through CRM, deliver styling expertise, and ensure a premium in-store experience. This role requires a premium retail background and a proactive, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role or service-led retail position in a premium or omnichannel context.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Previous experience in a department store setting.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a visible brand ambassador and keyholder for store operations.
• Provide styling advice and personalized service to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive sales and KPIs through personalized interactions and upselling.
• Promote clienteling activities via CRM tools to enhance personalized service.
• Mentor junior Style Advisors and share product knowledge with the team.
• Lead by example on the shop floor and uphold brand standards.
