Airbus Defence and Space SAS in Toulouse seeks a Stress Engineer to join the Stress Department, tackling metallic composites and system-level structural analyses for a new military program.

The role requires a Master in Engineering, 3+ years in Stress Analysis, and fluent English/French. You will write dossiers, support manufacturing, and collaborate with design teams and external stakeholders in a highly secure environment.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Aerospace preferred).
• At least 3 years' experience in Stress Analysis.
• Proficient with Airbus calculation methods & tools.
• Strong communication skills and autonomous, proactive approach.
• Advanced English and French; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and validate metallic composites or hybrid structures from a stress point of view.
• Write and/or check stress dossiers, reports or justifications, as well as test programs and reports.
• Define the justification approaches, and ensure the progress of activities, with support from Technical Authority and Senior engineers.
• Support manufacturing by assessing non-conformities.
• Work closely with design engineers and interface with stakeholders (experts and authorities).
