Indefi, a fast-growing strategy consulting firm with offices in Paris, Lyon, Madrid and London, is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant - Private Equity for its Lyon office. You will lead international projects focusing on strategic due diligence and value creation, mentor junior staff, and develop sector expertise across healthcare, consumer products, retail, B2B services, education, and transport.

Ideal candidates have top school credentials, PE-related knowledge, and full fluency in French

Qualifications

Graduated from a top business or engineering school.
Work experience at strategy consulting firms, strategy divisions, or M&A departments of international groups, investment banks, asset management, or private equity firms.
Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and good knowledge of Excel; fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

Leading project execution through data analysis, field research and interviews with senior decision-makers.
Analyzing and interpreting research findings to deliver clear strategic recommendations.
Developing sector expertise in healthcare, consumer products & retail, B2B services, education and transport.
Supporting client executives by formulating and delivering high-level strategic advice.
Guiding and mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices in weekly team meetings.
Participating in internal initiatives aligned with interests and motivation.
Contributing to the firm’s growth through recruitment and proposal development.
