Qualifications

Your Mission

We are looking to hire a Senior Strategy Consultant to launch and develop our HR Advisory offering focused on demonstrating the ROI of AI across the HR value chain.

You will work closely with HR executives to identify strategic opportunities, build business cases, and guide the adoption of HrFlow.ai solutions as part of broader transformation initiatives. Your role is to position HrFlow.ai as a trusted advisor, helping clients unlock measurable value from AI in their HR processes.

You’ll also supervise the creation of strategic content (webinars, case studies, video testimonials, hackathons, etc.) to scale our impact across the industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements to assess, quantify, and demonstrate the ROI of AI in HR.
• Build strategic recommendations and business cases for HrFlow.ai adoption across the HR value chain.
• Translate client challenges into structured AI use cases aligned with our product capabilities.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI-driven transformation and HR innovation.
• Position HrFlow.ai as a thought leader within the HR tech ecosystem.
• Supervise the production of content assets : webinars, hackathons, testimonials, case studies, and more.
• Map HR workflows and identify automation and augmentation opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end alignment on client strategy and delivery.
• Develop methodologies and playbooks to scale our HR Advisory offering.

About You - Must Have

• 5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, advisory, or transformation roles within HR, SaaS, or AI environments.
• Strong business and analytical skills with the ability to model ROI and build compelling transformation narratives.
• Strong grasp of the full HR value chain and its strategic levers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both French and English - you’re confident with executive audiences.
• Autonomy, ownership mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
