Sanofi is seeking a Staff Strategic Solution Architect to drive enterprise architecture across the Digital Architecture Center of Excellence. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure architectures and mentor architects while promoting interoperability and innovation.

The role is based in Gentilly or Paris, with a permanent, full-time, hybrid arrangement. You’ll work with global subsidiaries, leverage AWS and Azure, and ensure alignment with cybersecurity and regulatory

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven track record leading enterprise or solution architecture for large-scale digital platforms.
• Experience translating business strategy into scalable architectures.
• Experience guiding engineering teams in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise solution architecture for major business capabilities and digital platforms.
• Design transversal platforms and reusable digital capabilities across business verticals.
• Define and communicate digital technology standards and reference architectures.
• Lead architecture decisions considering scalability, security, cost, and maintainability.
• Incorporate cybersecurity, data privacy, GxP, SOX, and regulatory requirements into designs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend practical adoption paths.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, mentoring architects and engineers across the organization.
