The team aims to build full-stack expertise on Ledger products, focusing on reinforcing our Ledger Enterprise.

Your mission

1. Enable teams in making architectural decisions and engage deeply with code to make thoughtful choices.
2. Focus on Ledger Enterprise, our business solutions, with a hands-on approach.
3. Help define project scopes, goals, plans, and deliverables.
4. Support Product & Engineering in the discovery and design of new features.
5. Drive technical initiatives to improve our stack, address tech debt, and promote good engineering practices.
6. Provide expertise and hands-on contributions to engineering squads on critical topics.
7. Explore new domains with a focus on Ledger applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical design, development, CI/CD, testing, and delivery.
• Curiosity about blockchain technology and ability to investigate complex systems.
• Strong background in backend and algorithm development.
• Proficiency in at least one: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Scala, Rust.
• Deep experience with microservices architecture.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to align cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with data pipelines, stream processing, and data lake practices.
• Experience with asynchronous backend stacks.
• Knowledge of Big Data techniques and scaling backend systems for high reliability.
• Open source contributions or experience.
• Experience with multiple app development stacks: React Native, Android, iOS.
• Knowledge of Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), cryptography, and security practices.
