Job Description
In this role, you’ll drive the "Design-In to Design-Win" process, solve complex customer challenges, and develop innovative tools and materials to support product launches. Collaborate with global teams, deliver impactful training, and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge automotive solutions!

In your new role you will:

• Act as the technical interface for customers worldwide, supporting the "Design-In to Design-Win" process
• Solve customer challenges, support qualification processes, and provide application-specific solutions for Infineon products
• Collect and structure customer feedback to drive product improvements and market opportunities
• Develop application tools, demo boards, and technical materials for product launches and external events
• Deliver internal and external technical training and create customer documentation, including datasheets and manuals
• Collaborate with internal teams, support failure analysis, and manage customer returns for quality assurance
• Represent Infineon as the go-to technical expert for a defined product group globally

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A master’s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Microelectronics, Power Electronics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in electronic systems or components testing, with a strong focus on semiconductors for power applications, particularly gate drivers, MOSFETs, and power distribution
• Expertise in Electronic simulation tools (e.g., Pspice, MATLAB) and the ability to structure and guide simulation activities
• Expertise in Electronic Board design (Schematic, Layout, EMC, PCB Manufacturing process)
• Hands-on experience in technical support, application engineering, and lab activity management
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
• A self-driven working style with the ability to support and guide others’ work
• Fluency in English (French is an advantage)
