Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute analytical transfer projects (setting up and execution of transfer plans, resource needs, and timeline adherence) for both active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and drug products.
• Collaborate with R&D and site responsible transfer teams in transfer activities.
• Support strategic transfer initiatives like standardizing transfer processes and developing appropriate documentation templates.
• Support and assist local leads to organize and execute global laboratory activities in a pharmaceutical GMP and Quality Control (QC) environment, including analytical investigations, method improvements, and implementation of new analytical techniques and instruments.
• Play an active role in team development, including training and mentoring junior colleagues and temporary regional staff, as well as SOP writing.
• Act as backup for the local lead in case of absence.

Qualifications

• Master, Bachelor, Ph.D. degree or extensive experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Analytical Science.
• At least 5 years’ experience in research, development, manufacturing, and testing of pharmaceutical products.
• Experience in analytical transfer activities and understanding of analytical platforms such as chromatography, wet chemistry, and physicochemical testing.
• Experience in troubleshooting analytical methods and improving robustness and speed is advantageous.
• Experience working in international project teams.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions within guidelines, and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of cultural differences and their impact on work.
• Proficiency in scientific/technical writing and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
