In our Digital Strategy Team, we define, design, and implement digital strategies to educate, engage, and inform our retailers through targeted digital content and campaigns. We monitor digital performance, set action plans to meet KPIs, and adapt brand campaigns to local legislation, ensuring an effective omnichannel communication strategy.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Digital Brand Content Orchestration: Anticipate, plan, and optimize the representation of our Smoke-Free Products; collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify digital strategies; manage content creation and updates; implement CRM automated journeys to enhance partner engagement.
  2. Digital Brand Content Creation: Develop emotional, relevant, and educational content tailored to retailer needs; collaborate on UX/UI improvements with the PMI global team; design and propose digital marketing campaigns aligned with PMI branding guidelines.
  3. Management of Internal & External Stakeholders: Keep stakeholders informed of developments; communicate briefs to creative and digital agencies; manage external agency relationships.
  4. Compliance & Controls: Ensure all activities adhere to PMI standards, policies, and legal regulations; conduct regular audits; respect safety and legal constraints, especially regarding contact with adult smokers; report anomalies.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Sales, or Marketing; digital experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills for performance assessment.
  • Creativity, project management, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.

Our selection process involves initial screening, two virtual competency-based interviews, and online assessment tests, including a cognitive ability test measuring deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, and numerical reasoning. Results are used solely for vacancy assessment and not stored in employee files.
