Exotrail SA seeks a Senior Assembly Integration Test Technician for its Massy site. You will be the technical reference on the production line, performing mechanical and electrical integration on spacevan satellites in an ISO 8 cleanroom, applying standards and ensuring full traceability.

With 7+ years of AIT experience, direct flight-hardware exposure, and fluency in FR/EN, you will collaborate with AIT, Engineering, and Quality while supporting campaigns and upskilling teammates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AIT experience on satellites or space subsystems in cleanroom.
• Direct experience on flight hardware (FM) is mandatory.
• Autonomy on physical integration operations.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Perform mechanical and electrical integration operations in ISO 8 cleanroom.
• Prepare and execute procedures with full rigour and ensure traceability in manufacturing records.
• Perform quality controls and inspections; document NCRs and deviations.
• Maintain full traceability in ERP (Odoo) and manufacturing records; support lessons learned.
• Support campaigns and upskill the team; ensure safety and 5S in work areas.
