Exotrail is seeking a Senior Industrial Support Engineer for its Massy site to join the AIT department of the In-Orbit Services unit. You will help build from scratch, designing processes and tooling while performing hands-on field work to establish a scalable organisation.

You will ensure continuity of AIT operations, manage stock, GSE, tooling and infrastructure, and coordinate campaigns and logistics across functions, driving policy and KPI improvements as the team grows.

Qualifications

Engineering degree or equivalent with strong logistics/industrial engineering background.
5+ years in industrial logistics or means operation in demanding settings (space/aerospace).
Experience managing controlled infrastructure (cleanroom, ESD zones) is valued.

Responsabilités

Ensure availability and traceability of AIT components, GSE, tooling, and consumables.
Maintain ISO 8 cleanroom, test zones, and storage with quality/safety compliance.
Coordinate AIT campaign logistics, including shipments and documentation.
Define stock policy with KPI monitoring and ramp-up planning.
Structure the Industrial Support AIT Pole, building processes, tools, and KPI framework.
