Exotrail in Massy, France, is seeking a Senior Industrialisation Engineer to lead the ramp-up of an in-orbit services production line. You will define work packages, qualify processes and standardise methods, coordinating with Design and Production AIT teams to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to series.

The role requires strong structuring, documentation, and project leadership, with potential growth into a Team Lead position as the department scales.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in industrial or related field.
• 7+ years in industrialisation or production engineering in space/aerospace/defence.
• Experience ramping production from prototype to series.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy AIT industrial strategy spanning production flows and test strategy.
• Qualify assembly and test processes and write standardised work packages.
• Build and maintain a medium- and long-term capacity roadmap.
• Lead industrialisation projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
