ENGIE La Garenne-Colombes seeks a senior Group Process Owner for Source to Contract to drive end-to-end procurement excellence. You will govern S2C processes, ensure compliance, and align with SAP/S4 and Ariba implementations across global teams.

You will lead workshops, manage data quality, and collaborate with Legal, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize sourcing and contracting outcomes in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering or MBA-level education.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in procurement, S2C/P2P processes.

Responsabilités

• Own the Source-to-Contract process end-to-end.
• Bridge gaps between MSP-S2C and P2P modules.
• Define S2C steering requirements and ensure tool adoption.
• Define and maintain process documentation, KPIs and compliance standards.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for S2C teams.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, IT to align sourcing strategies.
• Ensure data quality for procurement reporting and analytics.
