  • Ensuring compliance
  • Managing communication and resources (skills, training) and driving sustainability

The Group Process Owner (GPO) - Source to Contract is accountable for the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process, ensuring compliance, efficiency and alignment with ENGIE's digital transformation strategy. This role bridges Procurement needs with digital solutions and drives the adoption of tools such as SAP/S4 and Ariba within the organization.

It is a major strategic project for ENGIE, covering Finance, Procurement and key business processes. It places the implementation and digitalization of these processes at the heart of the Group's transformation.

The Procurement Core Model is based on SAP/S4 and Ariba modules (SLP-S2C-P2P), as well as additional "satellite" tools. It has been deployed in pilot entities representing today 2 out of ENGIE's 3 major business units, with effective deployment since 2025.

Main responsibilities
  • Own the Source-to-Contract (S2C) process and ensure its continuous improvement, in alignment with Group Procurement policies and governance principles
  • Bridge gaps between upstream (MSP-S2C) and downstream (P2P) modules to ensure consistency and optimal performance of the end-to-end value chain
  • Define S2C steering requirements and ensure proper tool adoption
  • Define and maintain process documentation, KPIs and compliance standards
  • Act as the key point of contact for S2C to ensure smooth roll-out and continuous improvement
  • Ensure data quality and reliability for procurement reporting and analytics
  • Guarantee adherence to Group rules, ethical standards and regulatory requirements throughout the sourcing and contracting process
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for contract-related risks
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, GET program, IT) to align sourcing strategies with business objectives
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to support teams on S2C processes and tools
  • Conduct technology watch on digital solutions that could enhance the deployed solution (orchestration, intake, etc.)
  • Leverage AI solutions around S2C (e.g., bid/response analysis)
