lemlistlemlist is seeking a Tech Lead or Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer to join our team. The role starts as a Senior Developer and evolves into Tech Lead after 3–6 months, with responsibilities spanning frontend and backend design, performance improvements, and mentoring peers.

You will ship features end-to-end with a strong Product team, refactor code, and drive delivery within your squad. We value autonomy, rapid feedback, and a remote-first setup with an office in Paris if preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in TypeScript/JavaScript (frontend + backend).
• Solid skills in Node.js, React, MongoDB.
• Proven track record building and maintaining web apps.
• Autonomous, fast learner, and collaborative.
• Fluent in French & English, based in French timezone.

Responsabilités

• Build new features end-to-end (frontend + backend) with Product team.
• Improve the codebase (refactoring, bug fixes, optimization).
• Collaborate with the team to solve technical issues.
• Mentor fellow developers, share knowledge, and raise the bar.
• Step up as Tech Lead in your squad: drive quality, make technical choices, and align delivery.
