NetApp, Inc. in France is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to understand customer needs among service providers and global system integrators, translating them into innovative technical solutions and architectures.

You will act as a trusted advisor, engaging with stakeholders at all levels and owning the design and delivery of solutions aligned with customer goals and NetApp's portfolio. The role emphasizes collaboration across teams and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in emerging IT trends and technologies, including public and hybrid clouds, containers, DevOps, and AI.
• A passion for advising customers on their digital transformation journey with co-creation of innovative solutions.
• Analytical mindset with a creative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Solid technical knowledge in enterprise/cloud computing, virtualization, storage, backup, and high availability solutions.
• Familiarity with NetApp technologies is a strong plus.
• A technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, written and verbal.
• Previous experience managing technical relationships with partners, especially service providers and global system integrators.
• Demonstrated ability to self-learn and rapidly acquire new technical skills.
• Experience working in an inclusive, collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the technical authority in customer engagements, ensuring a credible and impactful presence throughout the sales cycle.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor, guiding customers through complex technical decisions and long-term architectural strategies.
• Assess and analyze customers' current IT environments, including cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, networks, applications, Kubernetes and AI projects.
• Design and deliver customized solution architectures that align with customer transformation goals and NetApp's capabilities.
• Present technical solutions to diverse audiences, from technical teams to C-level executives, clearly articulating value and rationale.
• Collaborate closely with the Client Executive to ensure a unified and strategic approach to account management and customer success.
• Address complex technical inquiries with confidence, providing expert guidance and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Support the full sales cycle by aligning technical solutions with customer roadmaps, leveraging NetApp's portfolio to drive value.
