Job Title Senior Solution Development Engineer

We are seeking a Solution Development Engineer in our team to support and guide the Revenue Management Engineering team across multiple locations. Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, the Senior Solution Development Engineer will support the team in driving engineering roadmap execution, release planning, process improvement and governance. This role will also play a key role in fostering team cohesion, supporting on‑boarding for new joiners, AI adoption and ensuring operational excellence across the distributed engineering team. The role bridges engineering teams, product stakeholders, and ART leadership to ensure predictable delivery, improved quality, and high‑performance execution.

What You’ll Do in This Role

• Engineering Roadmap Leadership: Lead and maintain the engineering team’s roadmap for feature development, technical improvements, maintenance, and production support. Collaborate with the Scrum Master and align the roadmap with Agile Release Train (ART) objectives and business priorities.
• Release Planning: Coordinate the release plan for all SRMx product customers, including dependency management and readiness tracking.
• Process Improvement & Predictability: Promote best practices for planning, release readiness, and performance metrics. Encourage continuous improvement initiatives across engineering processes.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate coordination among distributed teams in the Netherlands, Turkey, and India, as well as ART stakeholders. Communicate status updates and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including predictability, defect rates, and release success rates. Deliver data-driven insights to enable informed decision-making.
• AI Integration & Efficiency: Take the initiative in identifying, evaluating, and integrating AI-powered tools and practices (such as code generation, automated testing, and intelligent monitoring) to enhance productivity, code quality, and operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Typically requires 7 or more years of experience in technology program management, technical analysis, or technical delivery roles (or equivalent expertise), ideally in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Solid understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or similar scaled agile frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience in creating reporting dashboards and synthesizing insights.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and cloud-based architectures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, build consensus, and work productively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and delivering clear updates.
• Bonus Points Experience in airline technology or revenue management systems.
• Previous collaboration with distributed teams across multiple global locations.
