Amadeus in France seeks a Senior Solution Development Engineer to guide the Revenue Management Engineering team across multiple locations and drive roadmap execution, release planning, and governance. You will support onboarding for new joiners, promote AI adoption, and ensure operational excellence in a distributed environment.

You will collaborate with product stakeholders and ART leadership to ensure predictable delivery, improved quality, and high-performance execution across the SRMx

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology program management, technical analysis, or technical delivery roles.
• Solid understanding of SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in creating reporting dashboards and synthesizing insights.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and cloud-based architectures.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and deliver clear updates with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and maintain the engineering roadmap for feature development, improvements, maintenance, and production support.
• Coordinate release planning for SRMx product customers with dependency management and readiness tracking.
• Promote best practices for planning, release readiness, and performance metrics.
• Foster cross-team collaboration among distributed teams and ART stakeholders; communicate risks clearly.
• Track KPIs (predictability, defects, release success) and deliver data-driven insights.
• Identify and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
