Business Environment
Be a functional expertise entry point in all products handled within the group for complex and cross functional/division solutions analysis/recommendation. The Ticketing Contract Management entity develops reservation products for airlines and travel agents, related to passenger bookings and electronic tickets.
Our main products focus on orchestrating contracts between airlines, travel agencies, and passengers - administering 2.5 million tickets and 700 million USD daily.

We are transitioning to an agile environment with SCRUM for delivery and KANBAN for maintenance, focusing on customer centricity, interoperability, and quality, while fostering innovation.
Our organization emphasizes dedicated teams for architecture, solutions, and expertise support.
Projects include major airline implementations, travel distribution programs, and technical projects like NDCX and Ticketing evolutions, as well as collaborations on platform visions like Creation Platform, Travel Platform, and NEVIO.
Our challenges involve industry trends like NDC, OneOrder, and Airline Retailing transformation, alongside cloud migration and other strategic initiatives, ensuring product reliability.
