At Genesys, our success is powered by the passion and talent of our people. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in France and help enterprise organizations reimagine customer and employee experiences.

This senior presales role involves partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to shape customer journeys with Genesys Cloud CX solutions. From engaging C-level decision-makers to leading co-creation workshops, you'll act as a trusted advisor in complex sales cycles, bringing innovation, empathy, and value to every interaction.

Key Responsibilities :
  1. Customer Discovery & Engagement
    • Lead strategic discovery sessions and design thinking workshops with enterprise customers
    • Identify gaps and opportunities to improve CX and EX through digital transformation
    • Build credibility with senior stakeholders and communicate business value clearly
  2. Solution Architecture & Innovation
    • Design solution blueprints that align to customer goals and drive measurable outcomes
    • Deliver tailored demonstrations, prototypes, and roadmap presentations
    • Ensure proposed solutions are economically viable, scalable, and technically robust
    • Support the creation of compelling RFP / RFI responses and executive-level pitches
    • Co-own the sales strategy with Account Executives and contribute to closing deals
    • Collaborate with Product Delivery and Marketing teams to align the customer journey
  3. Thought Leadership & Enablement
    • Act as a subject matter expert for Genesys solutions, trends, and best practices
    • Mentor junior Solution Consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
    • Represent Genesys at events, conferences, and customer forums in France and EMEA

Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in presales solution consulting or strategic customer-facing roles, a strong background in enterprise software CX / CaaS, or digital transformation projects, and fluency in French and English. Preferred qualifications include experience with Genesys Cloud CX or other cloud contact center platforms, SaaS AI, customer engagement technologies, and experience working with complex matrixed sales teams in EMEA.
