At Genesys, our success is powered by the passion and talent of our people. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in France and help enterprise organizations reimagine customer and employee experiences.
This senior presales role involves partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to shape customer journeys with Genesys Cloud CX solutions. From engaging C-level decision-makers to leading co-creation workshops, you'll act as a trusted advisor in complex sales cycles, bringing innovation, empathy, and value to every interaction.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in presales solution consulting or strategic customer-facing roles, a strong background in enterprise software CX / CaaS, or digital transformation projects, and fluency in French and English. Preferred qualifications include experience with Genesys Cloud CX or other cloud contact center platforms, SaaS AI, customer engagement technologies, and experience working with complex matrixed sales teams in EMEA.
