What to expect?

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will cover DXC Offerings & Capabilities across DXC Platform X, Enterprise Service Management (ESM), Service Integration & Management (SIAM), and ITSM Tool Integrations. You will collaborate closely with clients, pursuit teams, and leadership to define and deliver complex customer solutions using DXC Platform X, our data-driven intelligent automation platform designed to enable customers to accelerate their journey to resilient, self-healing IT across their entire IT estate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions and technical sales support for customer opportunities.
• Perform technical presentations for customers, partners, and potential clients.
• Support other Solution Architects/Leaders and deal teams.
• Gather product requirements and drive solution refinement.
• Drive add-on sales and business opportunities to increase sales volumes.

What do we expect?

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 5 years of systems integration experience and at least 3 years as a Solution Architect.
• Proven track record with customers in the IT industry.
• Extensive knowledge of ITSM tools, ITIL, API technologies, solutions, and architectures.
• Experience integrating and proposing third-party products.
• Expertise in digital solutions, ITSM tooling software (e.g., ServiceNow), Enterprise Service Management, API-based service integrations, and ITIL 4.
• Familiarity with AI(Ops), intelligent automation, analytics, discovery and monitoring tools, data lakes, and modern catalog management.
