The Role

We need a Senior Software Engineer who operates like a founder. Someone who can architect, build, and ship full features end-to-end, without asking for permission or waiting for a spec. This is zero-to-one engineering in a high-stakes, high-speed environment. You\'ll write code that ships to production daily, drives revenue, and directly impacts lives.

What you\'ll actually do

• Architect and ship features across the stack - no silos, no handoffs
• Rewrite brittle legacy flows into scalable, elegant systems
• Own key infrastructure decisions and obsess over performance
• Move fast, break stuff (intelligently), and actually learn from it
• Work directly with the CEO and cross-functional leadership team
• Be a magnet for other A-players - we\'ll build a world-class team around you
• Drive revenue. Improve lives. Leave your fingerprints on a product that matters
• You will have full autonomy, full accountability, and zero BS in your way. We care about outcomes, not Jira tickets or fake deadlines.

Our Current Stack

• Backend: Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, AWS
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Infra: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS), CI/CD
• Bonus if you can help evolve it. A big bonus would be if you could scale it under pressure.
