Prophesee in Paris is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and implement robust C++/Python software for PC and embedded targets. The role focuses on software architecture, integration with sensors and hardware interfaces, and delivering production-grade components.

You will work near algorithms, sensors and real-world systems, tackling challenging software engineering problems across AI, embedded computing and robotics. Fluency in French and English is expected.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with production-quality C++ and Python.
• Experience with inter-process communication and memory management.
• Ability to understand and contribute to modular architecture, APIs and interfaces.
• Familiarity with automated tests, debugging, profiling and code reviews.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement and maintain production-quality C++ and Python software.
• Contribute to software architecture, component decomposition, interfaces and APIs.
• Integrate internal components, third-party libraries and hardware-facing interfaces.
• Develop automated tests and support debugging, profiling and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation and software quality practices.
• Support deployment across PC and embedded targets.
• Collaborate with AI, DevOps and embedded engineers on end-to-end product integration.
