Responsabilités

• Diriger et collaborer avec une équipe de 4 personnes sur le développement du produit.
• Gérer des projets techniques et aider à développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités.
• Participer à la conception et au déploiement de la feuille de route technique.

Paris OR Lyon office - Hybrid (work from home up 50% of the time per week)

ABOUT THE COMPANY :

They are an international company based in France across 2 offices and provide a B2B SaaS solution aimed at the transport, shipping and logistics field. Whether it's anticipating delays, assessing performance, or improving the customer experience, the platform leverages a solid tech and AI backbone to deliver predictive and intuitive results. Following a successful fundraising round, the company is expanding its Dev team and hiring experienced developers.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

Within a team of 20, you will contribute to the development of new features for the platform.

Your main responsibilities will include :

• Leading / Collaborating with your 4-person squad on product and app development
• Managing technical projects and helping developing new features on the SaaS
• Participating in the design and deployment of the technical roadmap

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

The ideal candidate should meet as many of the following points as possible :

• Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5)
• Have professional experience with RoR
• Startup mindset
• Be a good communicator, with a professional level of English
• Fluent French
