Paris OR Lyon office - Hybrid (work from home up to 50% of the time per week)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

They are an international company based in France with two offices, providing a B2B SaaS solution for the transport, shipping, and logistics industry. Their platform uses advanced tech and AI to deliver predictive and intuitive results, helping clients anticipate delays, assess performance, and improve customer experience. Following recent funding, they are expanding their development team and seeking experienced developers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of a team of 20, you will contribute to developing new features for the platform.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Leading or collaborating with a 4-person squad on product and application development.
2. Managing technical projects and developing new features for the SaaS platform.
3. Participating in designing and deploying the technical roadmap.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

The ideal candidate should meet as many of the following points as possible:

1. Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
2. Have professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
3. Possess a startup mindset.
4. Be a good communicator with professional-level English skills.
