ABOUT THE COMPANY :

They are an international company based in France with two offices, providing a B2B SaaS solution focused on the transport, shipping, and logistics sector. Their platform leverages advanced technology and AI to anticipate delays, assess performance, and enhance customer experience, delivering predictive and intuitive results. Following a successful fundraising round, the company is expanding its development team and seeking experienced developers.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

You will join a team of 20 developers to contribute to developing new features for the platform.

Your main responsibilities will include :

1. Leading or collaborating with a 4-person squad on product and application development.
2. Managing technical projects and assisting in developing new features for the SaaS platform.
3. Participating in designing and deploying the technical roadmap.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

The ideal candidate should meet as many of the following criteria as possible :

• Hold a degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
• Have professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Possess a startup mindset.
• Be a good communicator with a professional level of English.
