Job summary

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its core engineering team in Auckland. You will guide proof of concepts to production, mentor peers, and shape future technical strategies for enterprise software and deployment architectures using AI-enabled approaches.

You will lead design and implementation of scalable, secure solutions, working with cross‑functional teams and clients to align roadmaps and budgets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience as a Software Developer or Engineer in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in at least one enterprise language and its ecosystem (C#/.NET or Java/Spring).
• Experience with Rust or C++ for lower-level development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define technical solutions through research and team collaboration under the CTO's vision.
• Design and build software across full stack, emphasizing architecture, deployment, DevOps and testing.
