We are partnered with a start-up backed by a Tier 1 VC, looking to add several Rust Engineers to their team. They are building a real-time engine integrated with Solana, providing near-zero latency for on-chain applications. Use cases include Gaming, DeFi, Social Media, and more.

They are a talent-dense team based between Europe and APAC. This is a fully remote position, with quarterly off-sites.

Requirements:

1. Production Rust experience or extensive open-source contributions. Ideally, hiring seniors with at least three years of Rust experience in production.
2. Knowledge of low-level programming (Virtual Machines, CPU, Networking, etc.).

Nice to have:

1. Blockchain experience (Bonus points for Solana / SVM).

Package / Benefits:

Base salary up to $180,000 USD plus an equity package comparable to the base salary, along with benefits.
