Must haves (Prio top-down):

1. 5+ years in software development with knowledge of agile software development and continuous integration and deployment.
2. Proficiency in .NET C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API.
3. Experience with database development (SQL or NoSQL).
4. Knowledge of containers, TDD, unit testing, and clean code practices.
5. Willingness to learn and adapt.
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
7. Strong team player, open-minded, enthusiastic to learn, with good communication and collaboration skills, proactive and flexible working style.
8. English language proficiency.

Nice to have / Beneficial (Prio top-down):

1. Knowledge of software development in a regulated environment (medical).
2. Experience with Go programming language.
3. Knowledge of Kubernetes, MongoDB, gRPC.
4. Experience with AWS infrastructure and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
5. Awareness of potential risks and ability to address them.
