What You'll Do:

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our Creative User XP Design team based in Paris! Join us and help realize the product vision and facilitate the delivery of cross-domain features.

The Creative User XP Design team's mission is to provide comprehensive tools for configuring both onsite and offsite creatives, from performance media platform to retail media platform, through the development and delivery of internal applications and external APIs, empowering our users and clients to create all kinds of innovative creatives.

Your main missions:

• Design and build projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Work closely with the Product and Program Management teams to ensure optimal architectures and products.
• Contribute actively from design and coding to the release of new fullstack features (Angular, C#).
• Interact with multiple multicultural R&D teams to ensure proper communication between client-facing applications and other Criteo systems.
• Be a guardian of product stability and continuous deployment.
• Mentor junior developers to help them grow.
• Contribute to promoting a strong engineering culture, passion for quality, and excellence. Use insights from meetups and conferences to strengthen our systems by building state-of-the-art applications, whether through frameworks, libraries, or best practices (testing, CI/CD strategies).

Who You Are:

• You have at least 4 years of experience developing and extending large, complex systems.
• You are good at simplifying complex problems.
• You are curious about innovative technologies and willing to lead personal projects on the subject.
• You have a positive, collaborative attitude and a can-do approach to problem-solving.
• You have worked in Agile environments and are passionate about shipping high-quality code!
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
