We are seeking an energetic professional to join our Tech hub in Prague within the Enterprise Information Technology team. You will collaborate with our Corporate Treasury and IT colleagues to deliver business solutions. Our Corporate Treasury manages capital structure, FX risk, liquidity, pensions, and insurance across over 130 countries, navigating dynamic markets and regulations.

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop new interfaces or functionalities for Treasury GLM products, supporting enhancements and bug fixes.
2. Acquire business process knowledge to understand end-to-end processes and outcomes.
3. Support the growth and development of the Product Line as a Finance IT professional.
4. Ensure the supported products are functional, reliable, and provide value to clients.
5. Contribute to platform improvements through automation and CI/CD deployment strategies.
6. Troubleshoot production issues across services and technical stacks.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in Java, XML, Python, or C++.
• Experience with Oracle and/or MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of web servers such as Apache Tomcat and Nginx.
• Understanding of web protocols like HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket, REST.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CloudBees).
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud services, including EC2, S3, RDS.
• Comfortable with Linux and Unix Shell scripting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in agile teams, knowledge of Kanban.
• Understanding of SDLC, QA, and testing processes.
• Experience with Windows Servers, PowerShell, and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with COTS and SaaS solutions.
