In such a large and complex organization, operating on multiple enterprise-scale systems, the essential point is to ensure a proper integration between them. The integration team builds and maintains a modern, scalable service-based integration layer. The scope of this team is wider than just integration. Services that will be constructed here are more about excluding reusable business logic from various systems to enable scalability and future integrations (e.g. master data). We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our team and help us provide excellence in the upcoming digital transformation.

As a Senior Software Developer, your mission will be not only to develop efficient software solutions but also to contribute to the architecture decision and guide other team members. You will join the agile team which is responsible for not only building but also investigating and advising about the solution. In this position, you will work closely with other developers as well as product owners and system analysts. You will be able to share your knowledge with other developers across the company during different community meetings.

Main Responsibilities

Development of integration services based on API/event first approach with the support of NoSQL and Kafka

Contribute to extending the existing framework to support service development

Contribute to scrum ceremonies as an active team member

Performing code reviews and pair programming

Contribute to solution designs together with tech leads and architects

Qualifications and Skills

Proficiency in Java Programming language (Mostly working on Java 17+).

Experience with message brokers like Kafka.

Understanding TDD, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture principles.

Docker, Kubernetes is a +.

Experience in NoSQL is a +.

Experience in working in Kanban and/or Scrum.

Experience in JIRA and Confluence or similar tools for process tracking/documenting.

Skills and experience in Agile methodology.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a multicultural and diverse environment.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Hybrid work (attendance 3 days per week in the office)
