Job Description

5 months contract - maternity leave replacement

This position is responsible for managing Social Media in the defined countries in accordance with brand strategies.

He/she ensures the operational deployment of these services, including community management, advertising, e-influence, events, or organic growth.

He/she works under the supervision of the VP of Marketing Midscale ENA and manages the Junior Social Media Manager Midscale ENA.

This role involves managing the social media strategy for ENA, with expertise support for Iberia, Mediterranean & North Africa zones, and action management for UK, Benelux, Dash, & France zones.

Main Tasks
  • Develop social media expertise and strategies for ENA countries, aligning with aspirational targets and current customer bases to create effective action plans.
  • Promote a clear and differentiating brand image to enhance awareness and attractiveness.
  • Serve as the communication interface with cross-functional departments such as strategic marketing, internal communication, partnerships, and press relations.
Main Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with the team to define social media strategies, objectives, and KPIs. Oversee agency briefs and deployment of action plans across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Supervise management of social media/influence agencies for daily operations, including updates, validation, and briefings.
  • Track and analyze media KPIs and customer experience metrics using tools like Sprinklr.
  • Act as the primary contact for global social media strategies within the defined countries.
  • Support other teams and partners regarding social media and influence strategies.
  • Organize and supervise the development of social media guidelines and support actions for hotels.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and new technologies, serving as the point of contact for platforms like TikTok and Snapchat.

  • Experience in travel, tourism, and hospitality is a plus.
