What You'll Do:
The Cloud team at Criteo is responsible for implementing secure, scalable cloud practices while optimizing infrastructure and operations. The team ensures alignment with evolving security standards, focusing on efficiency, performance, cost management, and reliability across all cloud environments.

• Design Criteo systems using cloud services proactively and upon team requests
• Answer complex cloud-related questions using your expertise, experiments, or provider support
• Optimize cloud usage, including reservations, commitments, instance types, regions, and service details
• Prototype and build cloud-based systems to demonstrate value or meet internal needs
• Participate in infrastructure provider comparisons and selection decisions (GCP vs. AWS vs. Azure vs. on-premises)

Who You Are:

• Knowledgeable about cloud services with hands-on experience in GCP or AWS
• Experienced with large, complex infrastructures: networks, operating systems, etc.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Go, Java, etc.
• Skilled with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools for automation
• Understanding of cloud cost management and optimization strategies (FinOps)
• Excellent collaborator, able to communicate effectively in English, using diagrams or simple notations
• Ability to advocate for projects and drive initiatives forward
