Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead client delivery in France, driving technical architecture and shaping solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and related modules with emphasis on scalable performance.

You will collaborate with presales to define the solution and related costs, guide project activities, and mentor delivery teams while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication in international contexts.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of overall experience.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• CSA and CIS certifications in ITSM/ITOM/HR/SAM/CMDB or related modules.
• Proven ability to define and articulate technical solutions to clients.
• Strong English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ServiceNow development: frontend/back-end scripts, business rules, UI scripts, transforms, integrations.
• Experience configuring ITSM and Service Catalog within an instance.
• Willingness to expand platform knowledge and pursue additional certifications.

Responsabilités

• Lead and orchestrate project activities and solution definition from a technical and architectural perspective.
• Support presales activities: define the proposed solution and estimate costs in terms of skill and effort.
• Address incidents and problems at the area your team manages, coordinating with L1 support as needed.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client processes leaders and project references to shape technical solutions.
