ASM in France (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region near Crolles) is seeking a Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers and Process Engineers, delivering world-class service and guiding aftermarket strategy.

You will engage with strategic customers, report to senior leaders, and drive safety, quality, and KPI delivery while developing the technical team and forecasting workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor industry supporting complex capital equipment and process technology.
• 2+ years in a leader/ people management role.
• 5+ Years Supporting Customers in the Field with knowledge of customer satisfaction, service & spares, or account management in semiconductors.
• Proven track record of problem solving.

• Execute strategic business initiatives to grow revenue, margin, and market share.
• Influence senior leaders with clear, data-driven communication.
• Own customer invoicing and forecast service bookings and billings.
• Own overall customer satisfaction for service delivery.
