The Senior Scientist, Cellular & Translational Sciences, OneLab at Ipsen Innovation (SAS) leads advanced cellular strategies across Oncology, Rare Diseases and Neuroscience. Qualifications

• Senior laboratory leader responsible for advancing Ipsen’s R&D across Oncology, Rare Diseases and Neuroscience.
• Expertise in high-dimensional flow cytometry, cellular profiling and functional cellular assays.
• Leads development and interpretation of mechanistic translational data for target validation and biomarker discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead cellular and translational laboratory activities across programs and therapeutic areas.
• Design and implement multi-parameter flow cytometry panels and profiling strategies.
• Develop robust assays to characterize cell identity, activation, target engagement and pharmacodynamics.
• Oversee study design, data analysis and reporting of pharmacological findings.
• Manage scientists and postdocs; mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Establish best practices for data quality, reproducibility and analysis.
