AstraZeneca plc is seeking a Senior Scientist - Analytical Sciences to provide expert analytical support for inhalation products across their commercial lifecycle. This role sits in the Analytical Science & Technology CoE within the PT&D organization and collaborates with cross-functional teams across multiple sites to enable robust testing, method validation and technology transfer.

The ideal candidate has an MSc or PhD with strong analytical chemistry background, excellent collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Requires MSc or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to lead across teams and locations.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilités

• Provide analytical support for inhalation products across their lifecycle.
• Lead cross-site teams in analytical technology transfer and method validation.
• Advise on regulatory submissions and interactions with authorities.
• Support issue investigations and risk assessments in QC and manufacturing.
• Perform laboratory work as needed to support projects.
