Mission Highlights
As a Senior Scientist in AI, you will be responsible for developing AI models to accelerate therapeutic recombinase design, in close collaboration with the Molecular and Computational Biology teams. Your ultimate goal will be to support the wet-lab team in generating lead recombinase candidates of high therapeutic utility, leveraging our massive internal recombinase functional datasets to develop best-in-class genAI models for recombinase design.
Responsibilities
You have experience in applying AI to solve problems in biological sequence space, and are capable of quickly and self-sufficiently entering into new domains. You are highly organized and enjoy managing complex workloads while clearly documenting and communicating results in an actionable manner to both wet-lab and computational scientists. You are a sharp and collaborative trouble-shooter who doesn’t shy away from the hard problems and takes joy in working towards ambitious goals as a pluridisciplinary team.
