Une entreprise en pleine croissance recherche un consultant senior SAP SD/MM pour diriger des projets complexes dans le secteur des boissons. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en gestion de projet ainsi que des compétences en communication en français, et sera responsable de la formation et du soutien des équipes. Ce rôle clé implique également une interaction régulière avec les clients pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins spécifiques, tout en garantissant une performance optimale des services offerts par l'équipe.

Qualifications

• Maîtrise du logiciel SAP SD/MM avec expérience pratique.
• Niveau de français au moins B/C, idéalement C.
• Expérience en gestion d'équipe et coordination avec les clients.

Responsabilités

• Diriger des projets SAP SD/MM et résoudre des défauts fonctionnels.
• Former et coacher des consultants juniors en SAP.
• Préparer des spécifications fonctionnelles et des cas de test.

Min B / C Level French Speaker Required

• Need to work and lead projects involving SAP SD / MM and Logistics areas.
• Executing the needed changes in configuration. Resolve any specific functional defects as part of project build
• Involved in analyzing client's requirements and Preparation and review of functional specifications.
• Coordinate with offshore team for delivery and track and report the deliverables to client.
• Need to build the training needs of the team and build a Training and develop program for the team for better performance
• Preparation of Test Cases based on functional specifications.
• Working on Interface issues (dealing with middle ware and frontend issues)
• Participation in Proposals and RFPs
• Co-ordination with client to understand the requirements, discuss functional issues
• Interaction with the client through meetings, calls & emails. Handling client escalations
• Leading, mentoring and coaching the junior Functional consultants and Technical Team
• Good Domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management.
• Hands On experience in SAP SD / MM area
• Good integration knowledge with ECC & S / HANA components including logistics and production
• Preferred to be S HANA certified
• Working experience in Beverage industry will be added advantage
• Hands on knowledge in working with interfaces with rd party applications
• Strong working knowledge in pricing and Rebate processes
• Should be able to handle the requirements / issues related to EDI / IDOC
• Should have good working experience in production support and should be able to lead a team of SAP SD consultants
• Experience in working on implementations / Roll Outs / Global Production support
• Full cycle Implementation Experience in SAP R / . Diverse experience which includes Business Process Analysis, Implementation Process, SAP System Configuration, Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance, End-user training, and Production support.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
• Professional French speaking proficiency at least C level
