In this role, you represent Vistex and assure the clients not only with your wide, specialized knowledge but also with your communication skills and your service orientation.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and lead the implementation of Vistex modules for large SAP project/rollouts, ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to project timelines.
2. Act as the primary point of contact, from the solution perspective, for clients, addressing escalations, clarifying design issues, and managing scope control to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
3. Coach and train a team of functional consultants, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
4. Conduct requirements gathering workshops, develop comprehensive designs and process flows, and secure client approval on blueprints and project documentation.
5. Be a trusted advisor for customers providing best practice guidance.
6. Business/industry expertise in several verticals.
7. Lead and execute full project deliverables such as blueprints workshops, documents, specifications, configuration, and testing/training support.
8. Get a clear understanding of Vistex software functionality and map customer business requirements to the Vistex solution.
9. Understand upstream/downstream process impacts (Master data, sales, finance, etc.).
10. Collaborate with offshore teams (internal and external).
