Decathlon Digital in Lille is seeking a Support Engineer (f/m/d) for Domain Manager to ensure stability and evolution of our order and stock orchestration tools. You will manage incident resolution, dashboards, and AI-driven automations to support our global logistics networks.

The role requires an engineering background, SAP SD/MM expertise, and a passion for transforming processes with technology. Hybrid work and ongoing learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes with SAP SD/MM experience.
• Passion for eliminating manual tasks and integrating AI into operations.

Responsabilités

• Run management and user commitments: organize daily ticket resolution and SLA adherence.
• Incident resolution and continuous improvement: root cause analysis and automated monitoring upgrades.
• Transformation projects & SAP: drive SAP ECC/SD/MM features and prepare S/4HANA migration.
• Communication and on-call rotations: maintain transparency with stakeholders during incidents.
