We are looking for a Senior SAP CAR PMR Consultant to join our team.

About us

• Operational departments and development hubs worldwide.

The client is an association of agricultural cooperatives within four clusters: international grain trade, agriculture, agri-food products (brewing, wheat, and winemaking), horticulture, and food distribution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience as a SAP CAR PMR Consultant;
• Enjoy working in support environments with operational procedures, request priorities, and SLA agreements;
• Ability to provide quality operational solutions, respond proactively to complex problems, and be customer-oriented;
• Teamwork and collaboration skills across support levels;
• Fluency in English (B2 and above);
• Willingness to travel to Paris for work;

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification for CAR PMR;
• Fluency in French (B2 and above);
• Knowledge of other SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Providing Level 2 and 3 support, identifying areas for improvement to enhance SAP Core model reliability;
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure efficient SAP ticket resolution;
• Participating in studies and developing technical and functional specifications;
• Engaging in SAP CAR PMR projects: integration, parameterization, testing, startup, acceptance, and support;
• Managing SAP CAR PMR incidents and complex requests, including functional process execution, batch restarts, parameter settings, data correction, and replication error resolution;
• Configuring and maintaining modules;
• Proactively preventing production incidents and interacting with project governance;
• Analyzing trends and proposing improvements;
• Managing user roles and authorizations;
• Planning updates, patches, and optimizations;
• Maintaining technical documentation and internal knowledge bases;
• Participating in meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
