Job Title : Senior Salesforce Developer
Languages : English and French Required
Location : Fully Remote in Paris
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and customization of Salesforce Experience Cloud and Service Cloud to enhance customer engagement and streamline service operations.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and implement robust, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex code to support customer-facing portals and service workflows.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and internal platforms using APIs and middleware tools.
- Ensure high-quality code through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery.
- Optimize performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-release activities, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to users.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven track record of delivering customer-centric portals and service solutions in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce Flow, Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge Base configuration.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and user experience design principles.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI / CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
- Must reside in the United Kingdom and be available for on-site collaboration in London twice a week.
Technical Knowledge :
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II Certifications (preferred).
- Experience with :
Experience Cloud site setup and customization
- Service Cloud features including Case Lifecycle, Entitlements, and SLAs
- Integration tools (MuleSoft, REST / SOAP APIs)
- CI / CD pipelines and version control (Git, Gearset, Copado)
- Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
